Every NORA comes with one year of hardware repair coverage or replacement through its limited warranty. Choose this protection plan, it's fully covered in 3 years.
Purchase either a protection plan with your new NORA or buy it within 30 days of your NORA purchase. It's OK to purchase the product and this protection plan separately, for example, buy the product at Amazon and buy a protection plan here.
Incidents Coverage:
- Any accidental damage in 3 years. You’ll get up to 2 incidents of accidental damage.
- Fabric socks replacement in 3 years. You’ll get up to 4 times fabric socks replacement.
When you need a hardware repair or replacement, contact support@nora.care, show this protection plan receipt AND the NORA Smart Sock purchase receipt. We may require you mail the broken unit to a designated address in California and then either ship new replacement unit or repair the old unit for you.
